We traveled over 100 miles the Saturday before Christmas searching for a particular pair of motorcycle boots for me for Christmas (from Pompano way down to South Miami) but to no avail... Stuart Harley was the ONLY dealer in the tri-county area who had them in my size. Debbie was great on the phone, despite the pre-holiday craziness, and took the time to find the single pair of boots in the correct size and put them aside for me. Debbie spent the bulk of 3 hours with us giving us advice on safety, bike mods, and clothing. She did this and still was able to give her attention to other customers. Her pleasant attitude and confidence were key factors in our spending nearly $1500 in clothes, safety gear, and parts for our (new to us) 2005 Ultra Classic. At first I was checking out the store, looking for a chapter and place to shop but I knew I wanted to buy a bike. I was greeted by Debbie Donahue and made to feel extremely welcome. "I'm browsing the net dreaming of Harley's I wish I had, when I come across this FXR2 at Treasure Coast. It's everything I'm looking for. Due to it's limited production I thought it would be taken. I filled out an online credit application anyway. Dan V. calls me within 45 minutes saying the bike is mine if I want it. I couldn't believe it. I'm 600 miles away so we make arrangements over the phone that evening. This is Wednesday and I want to come that Friday to pick it up. Dan stays on the phone with me even after they are trying to get him out of the store because they had closed. We make a preliminary deal and off my wife and I go to get it. Because we had to get back that Saturday Dan pushed everything through within a couple of hours and had us back on the road with our FXR2. " I initially was looking at used Bikes online at local stores near to Boynton Beach. While there were a few stores closer, I found none with the selections or the opportunity to submit a online credit application until I visited Treasure Coast's Online page. I had some poor marks on my credit a few years back, and wasnt sure if I would qualify for financing. So rather than going to the Dealership in person and being turned down after a 50 mile trip, I filled out the application and sent it over the secure site regarding a used sportster that caught my eye. Dan V. Contacted me the next Day (Monday) and assured me that Treasure coast HD would be able to set me up with just about anything in the showroom. I did some more research online that week and that Saturday, my wife and I drove to the dealership just after the doors opened. We were both amazed at the number of friendly sales associates and Sales personel we encountered there. Everyone really seemed to enjoy their roles in making our HD experience the best possible.
