"My husband and I found your store through Niko on a Biker related website. He has comunicated w/ us through the site in the past few weeks. We told him we were headed to my In-Laws for the Holidays down in Fort Lauderdale and he said you were open on Christmas Eve. I could not believe it but told him we'd stop by to say hello. When we arrived at the store all I can say is "Wow", what a neat lay out and incredible amount of inventory!!! Niko was right on the money, your store is fabulous to say the least. It just so happened that Niko was the one to great us as we came inside and we did not tell him who we were right away but man!, What a great guy he was. "I was on my way to visit a friend in Port Saint Lucie when he said he was at the Harley Store in Stuart, Fl. I decided to meet him there as I have not previously had the opportunity to visit Treasure Coast Harley before. Upon our arrival, my wife and I were first greeted by a woman giving out free Hot Dogs and cold Soda's, nice touch and greatly appreciated. We went inside which was very busy! There were people every where you looked, the store is fabulous, however, we stood there for almost 30 minutes just looking around and I said to my wife, "Not one person has said Hello to us except for a salesman that was running back and forth between two other customers at the time. After his 2cd pass around by us that same salesman stopped and asked if we were being helped? I told him no but thank you for asking, the other salesman told us he's busy right now, He said "My name is Niko, I will be glad to help you or find someone who can if you can give just one minute." I had been watching him for some time and was impressed that he went out of his way to try attending to us. I told him I was not buying anything but here with a friend and not looking for a bike at this time but wanted to know what the fuss was with the 2009 touring models, he directed me over to the Models on the showroom and proceeded to expertly exlain the many new features and benefits of the Touring line and the differences between them. I then told him I wanted to buy some parts as a gift to our friend and showed him the bike he has, Niko then took me over to the parts counter and introduced me to Kevin who was very helpful in finding various parts. Before we left I asked Niko for a card and told him although I am not currently looking, should I decide in the near future to get back to riding, I would most certainly purchase from him. Niko has a very laid back, no pressure attitude about him but is more than willing to go out of his way to help. He knows the product line very well and showed a genuine concern that we be taken care of unlike several of the other employees present. "

"To The Staff And All Employee's At Treasure Coast H-D, I would like each and every one of you to know how special that Saturday was for me when I picked up my 2006 FXDWGI Dyna Wide Glide with only 1449 miles !!! It took me 21yrs to get back to wanting to ride again, and I will tell you why. October 31st of 1988 I lost my 23yr old little brother in a motorcycle accident, I'm sure you can understand !!! Enough said ! I retired from the United States Marine Corps on 31 August 1998 after 21yrs of Honest and Faithful Service to God, Corps, and Country !!! I am 50yrs old now and have a awesome family of my wife Robin, my son's Jeremy, Brad, David, Charlie and my two special grandson's Ethan and Brandon !!! I did this for me !!! "I came down from CT for holidays and decided to trailer bike. When the sun was shining and the bike just clicked after driving 20 hrs wasnt happy. I have had this ongoing problem and 4 visits to dealership in CT they said cant determine the problem. So I called Treasure coast Harley, I spoke With Joe the service manager, He said bring it right down. I arrived 20 minutes later, another service person took all my info and was very nice. While pushing the bike to service area a technician asked whats it doing,so i told him.He put his finger on the starter wire and boom she fire up,,lose connection. An absolutely great experience out in 2 hours. I am used to losing bike for a week in CT. Thanks guys can't say enough About your Professional Staff."

" I've been trying for three years to buy a Harley but due to a "No Credit" issue, as bad or worse than Bad Credit, I couldn't get financing anywhere. Bill and Seth and the crew at Treasure Coast got passed this and I can't say thanks enough. They really do treat like you family and you feel comfortable around the dealership. He took the time to make sure we understood all of functions and equipment on the bike and even suggested a more resonable insurance company for motorcycle insurance. We traveled over 100 miles the Saturday before Christmas searching for a particular pair of motorcycle boots for me for Christmas (from Pompano way down to South Miami) but to no avail... Stuart Harley was the ONLY dealer in the tri-county area who had them in my size. Debbie was great on the phone, despite the pre-holiday craziness, and took the time to find the single pair of boots in the correct size and put them aside for me. We traveled 150 miles round-trip to come and buy them the next day, and there they were, put aside. Debbie was friendly, courteous, cheerful, and was a pleasure to deal with. "I'm browsing the net dreaming of Harley's I wish I had, when I come across this FXR2 at Treasure Coast. It's everything I'm looking for. Due to it's limited production I thought it would be taken. " I initially was looking at used Bikes online at local stores near to Boynton Beach. While there were a few stores closer, I found none with the selections or the opportunity to submit a online credit application until I visited Treasure Coast's Online page. I had some poor marks on my credit a few years back, and wasnt sure if I would qualify for financing. So rather than going to the Dealership in person and being turned down after a 50 mile trip, I filled out the application and sent it over the secure site regarding a used sportster that caught my eye. Dan V. Contacted me the next Day (Monday) and assured me that Treasure coast HD would be able to set me up with just about anything in the showroom. I did some more research online that week and that Saturday, my wife and I drove to the dealership just after the doors opened. We were both amazed at the number of friendly sales associates and Sales personel we encountered there. Everyone really seemed to enjoy their roles in making our HD experience the best possible. After meeting with Dan in Web Sales, we had moved from the pre-owned to the 2007 Sportsters, and knew we had found the right 1200 Custom for our needs. After a few painless entrys on the credit application, Dan went to work along with his associate named Seth. While awaiting the paperwork shuffle, we had a great shopping experience with the help of Debbie. She was knowledgable in everything from our Helmet and Shades selections to a gift coffee mug for my wife's co-worker Deb, who refered us to Treasure coast. The Sportster we purchased was under a recall for an alternator, but the mechanics back in the shop found the time and resources to get us on the road in the shortest amount of time possible. "First allow me to say that the staff at Harley is the finest bunch of professionals that I have met at any dealership. I have been riding for over 30 years. My visit on Saturday started with the service department. Not having made an appointment the service manager took my Road Glide and worked on it personally. I wandered out side to check out a few new bikes and ran into Dianne. The sales girl of the year. She bent and twisted numbers and worked on my deal for about 3 hours until I settled on a 2006 Ultra Classic & she gave me everything that I wanted. Financing was top notch, the young lady whose name escapes me was in a word terrific. Walking out the finance door and ringing the bell for the 2nd time in 12 months I was greeted by the owner. One hell of a nice man, who thanked me for purchasing from him. All in all a great complete experience. There is however a PS to this story. In less than 48 hours the radio burned up and I was informed by the service department that my radio would not be in until Feb 27, 2007 - today is November 24, 2006. "Came to your dealership on a Sunday to look @ the new 07 Street Glide. Didn't actually plan on buying that day. "Recently my husband and I purchased our second Harley from TCHD. Our salesperson is Diane Bellish. I can't possible say enough nice things about her. She has a dynamic personality and you can tell she truly loves what she is doing. From the first time we walked into your dealership, she made us feel special. She is the reason we came back to Treasure Coast when we decided to upgrade from the Sportster to the Road King Classic. My family comes in there twice a month, sometimes just so my daughter Amber can see Diane. Whom she calls "My Diane". Diane is great with her and never shoos her away when she's busy, she gives her a hug and kiss and it makes Amber's day. The Sales Manager, Bill is agreat guy. He always takes the time to come out to say "Hi" and to see how things are. He's a gem. I honestly believe that Diane and Bill were just as excited for us about the new bike as we were and that's what makes it seem more like family than just a store. I wouldn't buy a bike from anyuone except Diane, she's the best."

"Thanks Jim! Thanks to everyone at TC Harley, it was an enjoyable and nearly painless event. (Nearly painless because Rick was so excited about the Softtail, he nearly threw-up in Christy's office when we were finishing up the paperwork!) Rode it home - what a dream! Being on the Sportster for nearly 4 years - well you can imagine how he felt when we rode off the lot on the Softtail. We made it to Roosevelt Bridge and the heavens decided to christen the bike! Like all bike people, the rainsuits "were somewhere else". Accidently left them home, but they are tucked in the saddlebags now!!!! We are sure you will find a good home for our "little guppy" - we took really good care of her and will miss her - - BUT we are looking forward to our trip to Deal's Gap on the Softtail. On a side note, Jim, you personally made this the BEST WEEKEND EVER! Started it off on Saturday with the Ladies Day Ride and you sure do know how to treat a lady! THANKS for that! Then, when I told you on Saturday I was bringing Rick by to take a look at a bike, well, we really didn't think about buying it right now - but we did - and we couldn't be happier with our choice. "I stopped by the store last Saturday because I had a question concerning a bolt for my windshield. I had my bike serviced recently and the bolt was missing to secure my windshield on my 1986 FLHTC. The store was very busy as usual, but your service directioor, Joe Walko took the time to investigate and resolve the "missing" bolt problem. This required removing the windshield. He could have easily have said, "I'm too busy, bring it back later." With dedicated and concerned employees such as Joe Walko, I'm sure your dealership will enjoy continued success.
